STEP CHANGE IN BREAKING TECHNOLOGY.

The RKX-Volt 100k is the first truly productive electric rock breaker.

Delivering 100,000 joules of single-strike impact, equivalent to around 17 grams of commercial explosives, with zero shock to the breaker and carrier, minimal noise, dust and vibration, and full environmental compliance.

Weighing just 3 tonnes and compatible with any 20-tonne class excavator carrier, it replaces or complements conventional drilling and blasting, bringing precise, explosive-free rock breaking wherever blasting is prohibited, impractical, or under growing regulatory pressure.

The RKX Volt 100k is making its world debut on 23rd June at Hillhead, Buxton 2026, the UK’s largest quarrying, construction, and recycling equipment event.

Revolutionary Electric Breaker.
